Our Approach:
Having a website shouldn't be difficult that's why try to simplify the process. We make it simple by breaking it down to 4 simple steps.
Step 1 - Initial Design consultation
This is where we get to know your business or organization. We will do lots of research and gather as much information before our initial consultation. During the initial consultation we will ask tons of questions and give you some homework assignments, nothing to hard because you are the experts here...its gathering content which is the information you want on the website and we will guide you through this process. Content can be the biggest roadblock in finishing a website in the time projected, which is why we like to have some initial copy prior to starting the next step. This will allow us to focus on more of the design and function of the site rather than trying to piece it together as we go along.
Step 2 - Preliminary design
After the initial consultation with you, we will recommend a base design and theme (a lot of times we will discuss and show you different looks and the possibilities during the initial consultation). This is where we will be dropping in some (but not all) of the content you provide provided.
Step 3 - Design Review
After the preliminary design is approved this is where we go to work. We take all of your content and begin to build your website as planned from the preliminary design. In this review we will go through your website page by page and note what changes are needed or additions and make the changes. On the backside of the web pages we will also begin optimizing them with keywords (SEO - search engine optimization), this allows your website to be more relevant when consumers are searching for something online (like your product or service you offer).
Step 4 - Go Live
After the design review is complete we are ready to go live!!! This means we will work with you or some one your team to connect the newly designed website to your domain name (this is the www.yourcompanyname.com). Once this is connected you can begin to tell all of your customers and fans that you have a new website!
