1 heaping Tbs parsley flakes 1-1/2 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 8oz orzo noodles 2 Tbs salt 5 eggs 2/3 to 1 cup lemon juice Directions: Place first 7 ingredients in a 3 quart pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is done. Remove chicken from broth. You must have at least 8 cups of broth. Bring broth to a boil and add noodles and salt. When noodles are done, put 5 eggs in a blender and add the lemon juice. Take cup or more of hot broth and while the blender is going add the broth in slowly. Then add egg mixture to rest of soup.
